The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Workload on Teacher Performance

There are still many teachers who have not been able to act professionally. Lack of emotional intelligence and motivation complete tasks hampers teacher performance. This research was an ex post facto research. The population in the study involved 46 respondents. techniques used collect data observation, interviews, questionnaires. instrument analyzing is a questionnaire. analysis method consists classical assumption tests hypothesis testing. Classical test consisted residual normality test, heteroscedasticity multicollinearity SPSS-assisted linearity test. Hypothesis testing simple linear regression multiple assisted by SPSS. results based on showed that (1) there no effect (2) workload performance with contribution 98%. (3) influence 14.3%. It can be concluded elementary school teachers.
